CROSSFYRE BINARY LICENCE

Clickswave Labs Private Limited ("we", "us") licenses the Crossfyre toolchain binaries
(the "Binaries") to you on these terms. The Binaries are the programs we compile and
publish as crossfyre, node, ambulo, voyage, doorward, toolmark, plessor and cfx-script,
and any other program we publish with this licence. Installing or running them means you
accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install or run them.

1. The source code

The source code of the open parts of the Binaries is published at
https://github.com/clickswave/crossfyre-toolchain under the Apache License, Version 2.0,
which is in the LICENSE file that comes with the Binaries. That code stays under the
Apache License, and nothing in this licence limits what it lets you do with it, building
it yourself included.

The Binaries are built from that source together with code of ours that is not
published. This licence covers the Binaries as we publish them.

2. Who may use them

Anyone may install and run the Binaries, at no charge, on as many machines as they use.
Using the Crossfyre service through them, for example by signing in or running a node,
is also covered by our Terms (https://crossfyre.io/terms).

3. What you may not do

You may not modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Binaries, except where
the law allows it regardless of this term, and apart from the packaging changes section 4
allows; remove or change their notices; or sell, rent or sublicense them, apart from the
redistribution section 4 allows. This section does not limit what the Apache License lets
you do with the published source code, and it does not apply to the open source
components section 6 describes.

4. Redistribution

You may redistribute unmodified copies of the Binaries, as we publish them, in an
operating system distribution, a package repository or a mirror of either (for example
Kali Linux, Parrot OS, BlackArch or Exegol), including one that sells its own products
or support, as long as this licence, the LICENSE file and the THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES file go
with every copy and nothing is charged for the Binaries themselves. A package may keep
those three texts under other file names, or together in one file.

You may make these packaging changes to the copies you redistribute, and no others: strip
symbols and debugging information from the Binaries; put them into another package
format; change where their files are installed, and their permissions; add or change
packaging metadata, such as a control file or a manifest; and add wrapper scripts that
start them. A copy changed only in these ways is still unmodified for this section and
section 3.

5. Authorised testing only

The Binaries scan, probe and send requests to the systems you point them at. Use them
only against systems you own or have explicit written permission to test, and stay
within that permission. Our Acceptable Use Policy (https://crossfyre.io/acceptable-use)
applies to the Binaries as it does to the rest of Crossfyre. Confirming that you are
authorised is your responsibility, not ours.

6. Open source components

The Binaries include open source components by others. Each is licensed to you under its
own open source licence, which applies to that component in place of this licence.
Nothing in this licence limits the rights those licences give you. The
THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES file that comes with the Binaries lists the components and their
licences.

7. No warranty

The Binaries are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied,
including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of non-infringement. To
the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from their use,
including lost data, damage to systems you test, and the consequences of testing without
authorisation.

8. Ending the licence

This licence ends automatically if you break it, and you must then stop using the
Binaries and delete your copies. The Apache License, and the licences of the components
section 6 describes, go on applying to the code they cover.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
